My 1st B'day Party in my Colg Life

yes this post is coming after a very long time...
But its best to be late than to be never.....

 I still remember, me and a friend of mine were preparing a grand b'day party of ours, for the 1st time in our colg life.... practically we called almost the entire batch mates  whom we know, whom we know just by name, and ppl with whom we never interacted.

 We were expecting a grand celebration on our day...expecting more than 30 ppl to be attending our party.... but what we always expect is not what we always get...

 only few turned up... nobody came...and we got sad... coz our expectation were too high and yes it was partly our fault too ... that we had expectation from ppl whom we barely knew....

 it must be around 7 in the evening .... where our hope of grand celebration was almost dieing and we were planning to close the party early.... but all of a sudden a group of ppl came to celebrate our b'day...i was surprised to see them... as i expected that he wont be coming as he already informed me earlier ..that he wont be make it for the party...
but he came...he came for the party when nobody was expecting him to come....

As soon as he enter the restaurant the vibes changed... all the negativity just vanished away like someone has swashed a magic wand... and everyone was happy again...

 i was at the very corner of the room... my friend went to welcome them... i first thought he must have come to greet my friend on her b'day... i saw him...n was shy again ... ddn dare to go and join my friend to greet them... but he took the first step towards me... he came to me.. and wished me.. i was so so happy at that point of time...felt like kissing him (just kidding)

 & than we celebrated... and ddn feel that we needed anyone more to celebrate this day... he just completed all the friends /crowd i was missing..

 I might have never told him... but i was so happy that he come... he made my b'day the best day of my life...and to top that he told me ,he only came for me... one of the best memory i still cherish...and felt like writing it down in my blog...

i still have the 1st gift he has ever given to me ... wind chimes and pen stand...
i still have almost all the gifts that he has given to me...

Soon to turn 40!!!

Yeah, in couple of years I will turn to 40. I don't know if this would be just a phase of my life or my end. But I am scared to not be able to see myself growing old, being loved, be the one.... over the last 38 years... I have seen so many beautiful stories around me... which I longed.  I guess the scare is so deep that I will never be able to overcome it.... ppl who actually don't know they say, " your strong, independent woman, you are better of being on your own ". I don't know how I should reciprocate to this.... Real version of me is vulnerable, broken, scarred and desperate for my sunshine, for my everything!!! Once upon a time I dreamed of you, and I still do... I still pray for you. but never dared to come close to you. coz unlike other stories... he cursed me... he scarred me... he broke me and till date I am his worst mistake of his life... else ppl look back to their good memories. First Picnic.....First Trip...

it was my first outdoor trip with no guardians... i was nervous and excited for my new phase of life... don't remember what i have dreamt those days... But those days he was my friend and i was more than a friend for him..... it was early morning..... and our group both guys and grls planned to go out to a near by hill station which sound adventurous.... The morning arrived, my first outdoor trip and only friends....excited and nervous both at the same time... We girls dressed up and walked out of the colg campus , where our guy friends were waiting for us with a cab that we booked earlier for the trip.... We thought that cab would be good idea to reach to that hill stations and we thought while returning we shall take a bus.... who ddn know what exactly was planned for us... well.. as said before they were waiting for us outside the colg campus...it was small variant car, and i really don't know how we 6 adjusted in that cab...still caring a vague picture in back ...
